Supreme Court Jobs 2024 : Education Qualifications :
As per the Sarkari Court Jobs Notifications 2024 these are the Mandatory Qualification
1)The candidate must be a Law Graduate (before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk) having a Bachelor Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course in Law) from any School/College /University/ Institution established by law in India and recognized by the Bar Council of India for enrolment as
an Advocate.
2) The candidate studying in the fifth year of the Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the third year of the Three-Year Law Course after graduation in any stream will also be eligible to apply, subject to furnishing proof of acquiring Law qualification before taking up the assignment as Law Clerk- cum-Research Associate.
3) The candidate must have research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and knowledge of computers, including retrieval of desired information from various search engines/processes such as e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw etc.
Age Limit : Sarkari Court Jobs 2024

Selection Process : Sarkari Court Jobs 2024
There will be three stages to the selecting process:

Examination Centers & Process
- Select Test Center: Twenty three centers across India, including Bengaluru, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Chennai, Dehradun, Delhi, Gandhinagar, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Imphal, Jodhpur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Patna, Pune, Raipur, Ranchi, Srinagar, Thiruvananthapuram, and Visakhapatnam,
- Will hold Part I and Part II of the test on the same day in two sessions.
- Candidates will be given a break in between Parts I and II of the testing process. Depending on the volume of applications submitted and the Committee of Hon’ble Judges on Law Clerks’ or Hon’ble Chief Justice of India’s orders, the number of test centers may be raised or lowered.
Application Fee & Process
Applications must be registered online and fees must be paid. The Supreme Court website, www.sci.gov.in, will give a link for eligible individuals to apply online. Only online registration will be permitted, and that registration will open on January 25, 2024, at 0:00 hours. The application/test fee, which is Rs. 500 plus any relevant bank fees, must be paid online by candidates alone. No other type of payment will be accepted for the fee. Applications sent via mail will not be accepted. The cost must be paid online via the UCO Bank Payment Gateway.
