We are looking for a Technical Support Associate to join our Customer Experience Department in Benguluru. As the primary point of contact for customers, you’ll be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience by solving technical issues, providing assistance, and fostering satisfaction.

- Customer Assistance:
Be the first point of contact, providing fast and friendly support through various channels like email and chat. - Troubleshooting:
Investigate technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customer inquiries. - Product Expertise:
Develop in-depth knowledge of Any Desk products and features to assist users effectively. - Documentation:
Log all interactions, complaints, and feedback in the CRM system to ensure records are updated accurately. - Feedback Insights:
Analyze customer feedback, identify common issues, and suggest improvements for better service and product development.

- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
