Role and Responsibilities for Zepto Internship Opportunity 2025
The Shift In Charge will play a critical role in managing and optimizing store operations. Below are the detailed responsibilities:
| Key Responsibilities | Details |
| Recruitment & Training | Interview, test, and onboard picker/packer candidates weekly. |
| Team Supervision | Supervise picker/packers, assign orders, and ensure delivery standards. |
| Operational Excellence | Ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and SLA adherence. |
| Reporting & Accounting | Prepare end-of-day reports, reconcile cash, and update stakeholders. |
| Customer Focus | Address customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction scores (C-Sat and NPS). |
| Delivery Monitoring | Track undelivered shipments and rider performance in real-time. |
| Support & Motivation | Support riders enroute, handle grievances, and control attrition. |
