Wipro WILP 2025 : Eligibility Criteria Criteria Details 10th and 12th Standards Must have passed (Open school or distance education allowed). Graduation Degree Full-time BCA or B.Sc (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics). Year of Graduation 2024 or 2025. Minimum Academic Scores 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation. Mathematics Requirement Core Mathematics must be studied during graduation. Business Maths/Applied Maths not allowed. Backlogs One backlog allowed, but must be cleared by the 6th semester. Gap in Education Max 3 years allowed between 10th and start of graduation. No gaps allowed during graduation. Citizenship Indian citizens, PIO/OCI cardholders, or Bhutan/Nepal citizens (with a citizenship certificate).

Wipro WILP 2025 : Application Process Step Details Step 1: Registration Register on the Wipro Careers Portal Step 2: Online Test Complete an 80-minute assessment covering Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, and Written Communication. Step 3: Business Round Shortlisted candidates will undergo a business discussion round . Step 4: Letter of Intent Receive a Letter of Intent if selected. Step 5: Pre-Skilling Engage in pre-skilling training to prepare for your role. Step 6: Offer Letter Accept the Offer Letter and join Wipro.

Learning Opportunity On-the-job training with exposure to advanced IT technologies. Service Agreement 60 months (If you leave early, you must repay INR 75,000 on a pro-rata basis).
Wipro WILP 2025 : Selection Process Round Details Online Assessment 80 minutes, including Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative, and Written Communication sections. Business Discussion A face-to-face round to evaluate business and interpersonal skills. Final Offer Successful candidates receive a Letter of Intent followed by a detailed training program.
