What would
you do in Accenture IT Customer Service New
Associate 2023

You will work closely with our Customer Support department to
manage and resolve customer inquiries, deal with complaints from unhappy
customers, handle escalations, and provide the best solutions. Additionally,
you are in charge of resolving issues and complaints within SLAs. You will be
aiding in application-related technical difficulties as a member of the IT Help
desk staff. You will primarily interact with customers via voice, email, web
tickets, and remote help when responding to incidents and issues they report.
This position is a part of our Customer Service Technology Support team, which
is responsible for debugging technical issues and provide technical support for
the operation of particular systems, software, and infrastructure.
