We re seeking a Team lead for our Delivery center. In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.
Job Roles & Responsibilities :
- Identifying and Acquiring Accounts:
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify and acquire potential retail stores (I.H.S stores) within your designated area.
- Efficiently onboard new accounts within the set timeline.
- Managing Accounts:
- Drive growth for channel partners and retail stores by managing their business relationship with Amazon.
- Implement strategic account plans to capitalize on key business opportunities for both the stores and Amazon.
- Field Visits:
- Conduct regular visits to targeted stores, whether daily, weekly, or monthly, to maintain and strengthen relationships.
- Training & Coaching:
- Provide detailed training on Amazon’s processes, products, and operational models.
- Offer continuous support, particularly during new product launches, working closely with operations and other teams.
- Performance Reporting:
- Regularly update and publish reports on store performance and other key business metrics.
- Analyze data to create actionable insights and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Keep track of overall network performance within your assigned territory.
- Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a multi-layered team, providing coaching, mentoring, and managing performance.
- Establish clear goals, provide regular updates, and cultivate strong relationships with assigned stores to promote mutual growth.
- Operational Improvement:
- Collaborate with stores and channel partners to optimize operational efficiency and enhance the delivery experience.
- Engage with accounts to improve business outcomes and boost customer retention.
- Set and drive stores to meet key performance targets, including volume and accuracy metrics.
- Issue Management:
- Address daily operational challenges and be available to resolve issues promptly.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Supporting Operations:
- Assist in station operations and support the delivery process to ensure efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and in uncertain situations.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey objectives and expectations.
- Good listening skills to ensure all team members are aligned and committed.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors’ degree.
- Speak, Write and read English fluently.
