| Software Developer | B.E./B.Tech with 4+ years’ experience, or MCA with 2+ years in software development. |
| Hardware Support Technician | Diploma in computer application or B.Sc (IT)/BCA with 6+ years’ experience. |
| Senior Hardware Support Technician | Diploma with 6+ years, B.Sc (IT)/BCA with 6+ years, or M.Sc (IT)/MCA/BE/B.Tech with 4+ years experience. |
| Data Entry Operator | Minimum qualification: 12th grade pass; Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi. |
