1. Application procedure / How to Apply :-

– Application will be accepted through “Online” mode only.
1. – Only one registration form per candidate. Candidate is allowed even if he/she is applying for more than one profile. The application will be accepted online (only) on the Bhartiya Aviation Services official website www.bhartiyaaviation.in.
1. – No application shall be entertained by hand or by post at the registered address of the Bhartiya Aviation Services.
1. – Before filling the online application form, first of all, the candidate must study the detailed notification and related service rules regarding the instructions for filling the application form available on the official website www.bhartiyaaviation.in. Candidates are advised to apply after going through the notification properly.
1. – The candidate is directed to apply through their valid personal email ID. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal email ID, he/she should create his/her new email ID before applying online. Candidate should keep checking the inbox or even the spam folder of this email id regularly throught the process as the intimation regarding written test, etc. will be sent through E-mail only.
1. – Candidates are advised to fill their correct and active e-mail id and mobile number in the online application and it will not be changed. Important information will be sent on registered e- mail address, mobile number only.
1. – Please keep the following details ready with you before clicking on the “Online Application Form” button to start your online application.

1. – Candidates should clearly and necessarily mention the details of all the educational qualification experience acquired till the last date of application. Such qualification experience will not be considered after the last date of application, if there is no marking in the application.

Eligibility As Per Academic Qualification:-

-Airport Ground Staff / CSA

Candidate must have an Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2)or equivalent from the recognized Board or University on or before the last date of receipt of online application forms.

Loader / Housekeeping –

Candidate must have High School or Secondary School Certificate (10th)or equivalent from recognized Board or University and must be on or before the last date of receipt of online application form.

Age Limit

– Applicants of Airport Ground Staff / Customer Service Association must have attained the age of 18 years as on 1st July 2023 and the maximum age should be 30 years.
- – The applicant for loader / housekeeping must have attained the age of 18 years as on 1st July, 2023 and the maximum age should be 35 years.
- – Age relaxation of 3 years will be given for SC / ST / OBC candidates.

Candidates are advised in their own interest to submit the online application much before the last date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection, inability or failure to log in due to heavy load on the website during closing days.

– The application submitted by the candidate cannot be amended. Therefore, in case the candidate has filled more than one application for the same profile, only the last submitted application will be accepted. All remaining applications will be treated as cancelled.
