| Sanctioning Process | Oversee pre-disbursement activities and enable smooth sanctioning of loans. |
| Post-Sanction Formalities | Liaise with the Corporate Banking Operations team to complete post-sanction formalities, account opening, and disbursement smoothly. |
| Customer Relationship Management | Maintain regular interactions with clients to meet service requirements, understand their business needs, and explore enhancement opportunities. |
| Portfolio Management | Ensure portfolio quality by monitoring customer accounts, ensuring cash flow compliance, and minimizing Days Past Due (DPD). |
