Cognizant Career Responsibilities :
- Participate in external forums (seminars, paper presentations, etc.) to showcase Cognizant capabilities and insights under senior team guidance.
- Understand client’s business and explore cost-saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
- Identify and create reusable components/accelerators, leveraging existing best practices.
- Support patent filing for IP assets (applicable to some CoEs).
- Analyze application/technology landscape and propose optimal solutions in collaboration with senior architects.
- Evaluate cost vs. benefits of proposed solutions.
- Assist in developing technology/architecture roadmaps for clients.
- Identify alliance partners based on service offerings and client needs.
- Conduct beta testing and maintain a repository of solutions and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and industry-standard certifications.
- Support team’s technical skill building, including hiring and training.
- Mentor new team members in technical domains.
- Develop domain expertise to deliver optimized customer solutions.
- Set team goals and manage performance; provide career guidance.
- Support asset development plans; design and validate assets as needed.
- Track utilization of reusable assets across the organization.
- Assist in RFP development and proposal collateral creation from a technical perspective.
- Conduct and arrange demos based on client requirements.
- Lead proposal development across competency units to deliver differentiated solutions.
- Collaborate with customers and teams to understand and clarify technical requirements.
