You will participate in the following tasks as a member of this team: • Working in the payroll data maintenance team and onboarding new hires through HR Online .
Modifying an employee record according to the employee life cycle
Supporting the annual comp load activity, processing payroll, and MIS for headcount recons. Organizing and handling all aspects of onboarding new hires, including online new hire documentation.
Organizing and managing all payroll/personnel data changes, separations, salary continuations, transfers, withholding tax compliance, social security direct deposits, salary adjustments, sign-on bonuses, employee loans, and reimbursement.
Answering different payroll-related questions from staff members or HR, being familiar with the fundamental terms and procedures related to payroll for our company.
Manage the fundamentals of the job while adhering to the precise instructions, rules, and established protocols.
Compiling, under strict deadlines, the Full and Final Settlements of separated employees of
