Job Summary / Job Designation – Deloitte Recruitment 2024 June Update :
The Associate Analyst will report to the Assistant Manager and assist with the daily engagement setup process. Responsibilities include taking full ownership of actions and reconciliations. This role is ideal for someone with 0 to 1 year of experience who wants to build skills and expertise in Data Management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by maintaining and ensuring high-quality data.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and maintain data integrity.
- Monitor systems for optimal performance, identifying and reporting issues to management.
- Assist Manager or Senior team members with regular updates.
- Coordinate daily internal engagement setups in SAP.
- Process vendor setups through defined workflows.
- Deliver error-free work within agreed timelines.
- Conduct database maintenance and quality checks to ensure accurate SAP data.
- Respond promptly to queries from the Engagement Support team, client-facing members, Directors, and Partners regarding engagements, billing, time sheets, and other matters.
- Act as the first point of contact for data control issues, liaising with internal clients to resolve issues while maintaining system integrity and adhering to Firm policies.
- Coordinate tasks effectively, share knowledge, and ensure the team meets deadlines.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- 0-1 years of work experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate clearly.
- Advanced MS Excel skills.
Preferred:
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly SAP.
- Exposure to Queue Management Systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively when needed.
- Functional user experience in SAP’s accounting and finance modules.
