Dheya Career Mentors is Hiring Marketing Executive Key Responsibilities

Conduct in person visits to local businesses.
Introduce them to KAARYAM, and explain the benefits of the platform.
Assist them in registering on the KAARYAM mobile app.
Guide employers through the process of downloading and using the KAARYAM Employer App to post job openings.
Explain the subscription fees and structure, helping employers complete necessary documentation and understand the platform’s value.
Keep in regular contact with employers to encourage active job posting and ensure continuous platform engagement.
After successful placements, check in with employers to confirm satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Support employers in subscribing to the service through the KAARYAM app.
Attend monthly performance evaluations to assess job effectiveness; KAARYAM reserves the right to adjust contracts based on performance.

Key Skills Required
