Role Overview
As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers via email and live web chat. You will resolve queries related to account management, billing, and order statuses, focusing on first call resolution.
Exciting Role for 2024-25 : Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through email and live chat.
- Provide fast and accurate resolutions .
- Understand customer needs and exceed their opportunities .
- Stay updated on company news, processes, and policies through training.
- Perform Tier One tasks, including order entry, basic account management, and post delivery support.
- Meet performance and quality standards aligned with departmental goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications for Exciting Role for 2024-25
- At least 18 years of age with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
- Ability to manage challenging customers.
- Detail oriented, organized, and skilled at multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- Weekend availability on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce.
- Experience in remote roles or call center environments.
