Age Limit:
- The age limit is set at 28 years for UR and EWS categories as of November 24, 2024. Relaxations apply for SC/ST, OBC, and PwBD candidates as per government norms.
Experience:
- Relevant work experience in the field is desirable and can provide an age relaxation of up to 7 years.
Benefits and Salary
- The selected candidates will receive a competitive salary with a starting basic pay of INR 23,000 for Diploma Technicians and INR 22,000 for Operators.

Application Process for HAL Non-Executive Recruitment 2024
- Online Applications Start from November 7, 2024. to November 24, 2024.
- An application fee of INR 200 is applicable for UR/OBC/EWS candidates, with exemptions available for SC/ST/PwBD and HAL apprentices.
Examination Pattern & Syllabus
- Part I: General Awareness
- This section will consist of 20 questions.
- Topics may include current events, general knowledge, and basic awareness of the aviation industry and HAL’s operations.
- Part II: English & Reasoning
- This section will consist of 40 questions.
- Topics may include comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, logical reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Part III: Concerned Discipline
- This section will consist of 100 questions.
- The questions will be specific to the discipline for which the candidate has applied, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, etc.
- Topics will cover fundamental and advanced concepts related to the specific engineering discipline or trade.
Selection Procedure :
A written test held in Hyderabad, tentatively scheduled for December 22, 2024.
