1.Customer Service Representative : BA/BCom/BSC/BZC/B.tech/BE/Any Graduate/15 Years of Fulltime graduates

2.Customer Service : Any Undergraduate(12th /Inter)

Job Description : 

  1. Excellent communication abilities to respond to and handle client issues through chat, emails, and phone conversations.
  2. CEFR scale for communication: C1, C2
  3. Open to working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, voice process, rotating weeks off, work from home, and candidate should have double immunization completed.
  4. Analytical problem solvers who can comprehend problems and address customers’ concerns
  5. Quick thinking and problem-solving abilities to autonomously own and fix clients’ problems completely and effectively
  6. Being proactive and having the highest regard for the time of the customer
  7. Good time management and making sure all interactions with clients are beneficial
