Key Responsibilities:Job Opening in Kotak Mahindra Tirupati 2024:
- Drive sales and manage distribution through open-market.
- Achieve growth targets by onboarding new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs)
- Oversee and enhance the productivity of the Direct Sales team.
- Market and leverage catchment areas effectively.
- Engage with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI)
- Develop and maintain builder relationships and manage .
- Handle project approvals for builders.
- Generate additional revenue through cross-selling and multi-selling insurance, CASA (Current Account Savings Account), credit cards, etc.
- Train and develop the Direct Sales Team (DST) and DSAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU (Risk Control Unit), and Operations.
- Manage end-to-end case processing and provide timely updates to customers.
- Deliver excellent customer service to achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
