Duties As a Systems Analyst Support – Oracle Off Campus Hiring 2024
- Servicing different LPARS and hospitals, using tools for job scheduling, and doing routine maintenance on mainframe systems for Oracle Cerner customers.
- In charge of IPL, managing the console, and handling batch task modifications in compliance with SLA specifications.
- ensuring prompt attention to outstanding answers or WTORs.
- and maintaining system availability through routine system inspections.
- assisting with ad hoc demands, such launching, stopping, and retaining test or production tasks.
- Owning the status of CICS/DB2 subsystems in accordance with specifications and working closely with application teams and/or system programmers are also part of it.
Accountabilities / Responsibilities as A System Analyst Support
- Provides guidance and assistance to a large number of clients using the RHO and CHS hosting models. Working directly with customers and their relevant contact groups to identify and resolve issues.
- proactive problem resolution, anticipating client needs, or using support teams to report difficulties. Additionally, the role involves handling critical operations like CD Reorg, Initial Program Load (IPL) for RHO/CHS customers, and other major system activities that are necessary for effective system availability and capacity, as well as meeting contractual obligations related to disaster recovery. In order to detect problems at the job level, responsibilities also include using work scheduling technologies like CA7, Control-M, Zeke, OPC, and ESP.
