Job Specifications
Delivering post-sales assistance and solutions to the Oracle client base while acting as a customer champion is your main responsibility as a member of the assistance team. This include answering technical concerns about using and troubleshooting our electronic support services, as well as post-sale non-technical client inquiries by phone and email. Being the main point of contact for customers, you are in charge of fostering relationships between customers and Support as well as offering guidance and support to internal Oracle staff on a variety of customer scenarios and escalated concerns.

Responsibilities for Oracle Off Campus Hiring 2024 August:
