- Analyze loan applications to assess eligibility for various RHFL loan products.
- Evaluate financial statements, credit reports, and other data to determine borrower creditworthiness.
- Utilize credit scoring models and risk assessment tools to support loan approval decisions.
- Analyze borrower income for both salaried and self-employed individuals.
- Identify and monitor potential credit risks within the loan portfolio.
- Recommend changes to credit limits or loan terms based on risk assessments.
- Make loan approval decisions quickly and efficiently.
- Ensure all decisions comply with company credit policies and regulations.
- Scrutinize loan applications online for completeness and accuracy.
- Verify compliance with KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations.
- Ensure loan applications adhere to legal requirements and obtain legal opinions when necessary.
- Utilize the loan origination system and core banking environment for loan processing.
- Sanction loans based on company credit policies and approval guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with branches to resolve credit proposal queries.
- Assess property values using a combination of market value and guideline value.
- Verify reports provided by panel valuers for property assessments.
- Stay up-to-date on changes to company loan products and policies.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the core banking environment.
- Continuously improve communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strive for excellence in customer service by providing clear and timely information.

ELIGIBILITY:
1. Any Graduation (10+2+3 format) like BSC , Bcom , BBA , BBM , BCA , BA or Any Disiplane or Post-graduation & professional qualification shall be given additional weightage.
2. Age not More than 28 years as on 01-06-2024 , As per the Notification Age Relaxation is Apllicable base on Experience upto 40 Years .
3. Minimum 3 years of experience in Housing Finance/RetailLending/ Marketing of Financial products (Home Loan)/ branch operations in HFCs/ NBFCs/Banks.
4. Presently holding a role in the cadre now equivalent to or not lower than that of Assistant Manager (Deputy Manager) cadre.
5. Candidates Mention to specify in the Bio Data form for which position they are applying With desired location.
6. Fluency in Local Language and Hindi , English is Added Advantage.
7. Immediate Joining will be preferred.
KEY COMPITENCEIES REQUIRED:
.Reasonable quantitative aptitude.
· Good analytical ability .

· Understanding of financial statements.
· Proficiency in MS office.
· Time Management.
