Snap Chat Hiring 2024 : Job Role
As the Lead in Public Policy (India), you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping Snap’s public policy strategy for India and other key South Asian markets. You’ll be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive public policy strategy for India and South Asia.
- Advocating for Snap’s interests with government officials, regulators, and other stakeholders.
- Monitoring the legislative and policy landscape in South Asia and advising on potential risks and opportunities.
- Supporting senior management and executives on policy matters related to India and South Asia.
- Collaborating with the Communications team to shape media narratives around Snap’s policies.

- Adept in South Asian Technology Policy: A deep understanding of India and South Asia’s technology policy landscape is essential.
- Communication Expertise: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Government Relations and Stakeholder Management: Proven experience influencing and working with government officials, NGOs, and industry groups is a plus.
- Strategic Policy Development: The ability to identify key issues and develop strategic policy positions that benefit Snap is necessary.
