Passenger and Ground Handling at the Ramp
- Check-in passengers and baggage at the terminal.
- Ticketing and reservation services for passengers.
- Baggage handling at various designated areas like Baggage Make-Up, Break-Up, and Mishandled Baggage areas.
- Aircraft loading and offloading, cabin dressing, cargo manifesting, and handling tasks.
- Perform Load & Trim functions along with pre and post-flight documentation.
Passenger Document Verification :
- Verify visa and other travel documents for compliance.
- Address any discrepancies as per organizational procedures.
Reservation Management :
- Create bookings and amend itineraries as per passenger requirements.
Customer Service :
- Handle passenger complaints and concerns.
- Arrival and Boarding Management:
- Oversee smooth boarding and deplaning of passengers.
VIP Guest Handling :
- Provide specialized handling for VIP guests.
Shift Flexibility :
- Willingness to work in 3-shift patterns, including night shifts.
