Job Summary:
In this Axis Bank Recruitment 2024 ,You Will Be Responsible For Sales With The Customers of Axis Bank In Outbound Telesales Voice Process Of Axis Bank As Digital Officer ( DO ). The Work in the Axis Bank Job 2024 will include reaching out to potential customers on phone calling, promoting bank digital products and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Bank Jobs 2024
Outbound Calls :Make outgoing calls to Possible customers and introduce digital products or services.
Sales Targets :Daily sales targets achieved ,Weekly and monthly target meet
Customer Interaction :Develop customer relationships, answer questions and offer product knowledge.
Record Management :Keep accurate records of discussions with customers and sales results in the CRM system
Product Knowledge :Continuously train on Products and sales techniques
Collaboration :Refining sales strategies alongside team members and managers
Compliance :Comply with company rules and regulations and adhere to compliance standards on all customer transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum Education :Graduation from any stream.
Communication Skills :One of two language combinations- English with Hindi or any other 2 regional languages.
Experience :Candidate Profile Sales Experience & Customer Services or bpo is an advantage but not a must. All freshers are welcome to apply.
Technical Skills :Knowledge of computer basics and CRM software.
Soft Skills :Excellent interpersonal, and negotiation skills that converts leads into sales.
