In order to maximize financial performance and promote best practices, the A&A Finance Operations Team (FinOps) assists the Audit and Assurance (A&A) company with the financial management of all engagements from the beginning to the end.
- Complete assistance for the engagement life cycle, encompassing the subsequent aspects.
- Client onboarding in a timely manner

Recognizing and following KPIs (Count & Accuracy).
Verify that all the documentation pertaining to the procedure are current.
Participate in training programs for both technical and personal growth as needed.
Engage in regular weekly and biweekly conversations with AU leadership and contribute valuable ideas so they may make informed business decisions.

Qualifications
- A graduate or postgraduate degree (B.Com, BA, or BBA) with a background in finance and good analytical abilities is required.
