ICICI Bank Phone Banking offers a number of facilities, which enable the corporate customers to do several of their banking activities from the comfort of their premises. The Phone Banking Officer is responsible for providing good service to customers pertaining to any of their banking, financial and investment needs.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Answering and resolving phone-based client inquiries and concerns
- delivering pertinent product and service information to clients Cross-selling a range of banking goods to clients over the phone
Key Required Skills :
Proficiency in both spoken Hindi and English.
Willing to work rotating shifts.
Proficiencies :
Passion (raising the bar for oneself and the team on a regular basis, strong execution bias, taking the initiative even in the face of major obstacles)
