LIC Careers : LICHFCL Apprenticeship details

According to the Notification of LIC Careers -LICHFCL Apprenticeship Program details as:

1. Number of Apprentices required by LIC Housing Finance Ltd. 250

2. Apprenticeship Period 12 Months

3. Apprenticeship Starting Date from 15-Jan-2024

4. Monthly Stipend of LIC Housing Finance is Minimum Rs.9000 to maximum Rs.15000 depending on the branch location of LIC HFL where the apprentice will be posted.

5. Eligibility criteria: Details as below

a. Age as on 01-Dec-2023 20 to 25 years

b. Educational Qualification should have completed graduation in any stream as on 01-Dec-2023 but not before 1-Apr-2020

c. Previous Work Experience The candidate should NOT have a Running/Terminated/Completed apprenticeship contract with any other organization.

Selection Process: LIC Housing Finance Recruitment

1. Applications for apprenticeship will be invited from 15-01-2024

2. All eligible candidates should complete the registration on the Apprenticeship Portal Link and make a note of the Enrollment Id as shown on the candidate’s dashboard of the Apprenticeship Portal.

3. All registered candidates with Enrollment Id should apply for apprenticeship with LIC HFL by clicking on the link and provide the correct details as asked therein.

Apprenticeship is an On Job Training program provided to selected fresh graduates from all over the world to help them gain soft skills, best knowledge, know the real time work experience and become industry employ. Apprenticeship is NOT an employment. Apprentices are NOT Employees. Apprentices are ONLY Trainees for LIC Housing. LIC Housing Finance Ltd is NOT obliged to provide full time employment to its apprentices. All Apprentices who successfully complete their apprenticeship with LIC HFL will be issued Proficiency Certificate by BOAT and can contact BFSI Sector Skill Council of India for information on placement/employment opportunity in the Banks, Financial Services, Insurance Companies or any other BFSI sector companies according to the available vacancies.

Entrance Examination for LIC Housing Finance:

Entrance Examination will be conducted by BFSI Sector Skill Council of India. Candidates shortlisted based on the entrance examination result will be invited for Document Verification & Personal Interview at LIC HFL offices.
