Staff Selection Commission ( SSC) Constable Recruitment 2023- Job Important Information :
Under a Memorandum of Understanding between the Delhi Police and the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), an open competitive examination will be conducted by SSC for the recruitment of Constable (Executive) Male and Female positions in the Delhi Police, open to candidates from all over India, with the post not suitable for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities. The recruitment process includes an examination advertised by SSC based on Delhi Police’s vacancy information, online application submission, a Computer-Based Examination (CBE) conducted in English and Hindi, a qualifying Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) scheduled and managed by Delhi Police in Delhi, and the final result declaration by SSC based on CBE performance, subject to passing the PE&MT and other conditions mentioned in the Examination Notice. Handling of RTI requests, grievances, and representations related to the Notice of Examination, online applications, CBE, and Merit List will be the responsibility of SSC, while court cases regarding these matters in Delhi will be managed by Delhi Police, and SSC will handle cases from other regions. Additionally, court cases, RTI requests, and public grievances related to other issues like the examination scheme, vacancies, PE&MT, Document Verification, and Medical Examination will be handled by Delhi Police.
